As teachers, the materials we were given had content.

Questions Teachers Ask
Built by two former teachers, Gogy is a curriculum product for 3rd–8th grade teachers, covering science, social studies, and writing. Type what you need to teach, choose from a few lesson options, and get a complete lesson — a printable student handout and a paired teacher script that walks you through leading it, step by step.
Every lesson is built on 12 instructional principles. The difference is in how activities are designed in the handout and how the script walks you through running it step-by-step. A Gogy lesson creates a classroom where kids are talking, connecting, and thinking about the work, not passively listening or filling out a worksheet.
Gogy lessons are standards-aligned and cover grades 3 through 8 in science, social studies, and writing. On the lesson form, type in the content you need to cover and/or select a state standard. Then browse lesson options to choose from.
When you select a standard, your lesson will be aligned to the vocabulary and rigor of the standard. Because standards frequently span multiple lessons, our lessons intentionally scope to a specific part of a standard when it is not feasible to cover the entire standard in a single lesson. The code is included under the objective on the student handout.
We use Learning Commons (https://rosetta.commongoodlt.com) to provide standards for all 50 states. Our team regularly supplements Learning Commons to stay current with updated standards across states.
Our curriculum team designs the structure of every lesson and writes much of the content by hand. From there, we develop careful instructions that direct the AI to fill in the specifics for your topic, following the structure our team built. For images, Gogy uses real, properly licensed photos and illustrations and cites the source. We generate an image only when no suitable licensed one exists.
Every lesson structure and every instruction we give the AI is checked against our 12 instructional principles, tested across topics and grade levels, and reviewed regularly by our curriculum team and by automated checks.

No. Students never use the Gogy platform, and Gogy never collects student data. Gogy is a tool for teachers: you choose, review, download, and print a lesson, and your students get a paper handout from you.
The questions teachers and administrators ask most — about FERPA, COPPA, and student data — all have the same short answer: No student ever logs into Gogy, and Gogy collects no student data.
